Cost Estimation and Modifications
Our service fees are based on our understanding of your requirements and the timeline
provided. Please be aware that any modifications—even minor enhancements—may incur extra
charges. It is essential to clearly confirm and detail your requirements during in-person
meetings.
Acceptance of Quotation
By accepting a quotation—whether verbally, via email, through payment of the initiation fee, or
by signing the quote—you agree to be bound by Quikr AI’s terms and policies.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that every requirement is clearly stated in the quotation and
that we fully understand your needs. You must provide detailed guidelines and any updates
regarding project progress as soon as possible. In the absence of such specifics, we will
proceed based on our current understanding and provide an estimate accordingly. Should
significant discrepancies or ambiguities arise later, modifications to accommodate these
changes may result in additional fees. It is therefore crucial to thoroughly explain all aspects of
your website development to secure an accurate quote.
Results & Rankings
Quikr AI leverages third-party platforms, such as Google and Meta, to enhance your online
presence and generate leads. However, the decisions, policies, and algorithms of these
platforms are entirely beyond our control. While our team of seasoned experts employs proven
strategies to promote your business, we cannot guarantee specific results or rankings.
Clarification of Task Details
Any specific nuances related to individual tasks must be communicated in advance and
included in the proposal to maintain proper cost control. We operate in good faith and rely on
our clients to provide complete and clear information. Quikr AI cannot be held liable for any
discrepancies caused by vague or incomplete requirements.
Project Hours and Adjustments
Each project is allocated a fixed number of hours during which minor adjustments can be
accommodated. These adjustments are evaluated individually. We commit to completing the
project or any agreed-upon changes within the stipulated timeframe; however, if substantial
modifications to features are required, reasonable delays may occur.
Client-Induced Delays
Any interruptions or delays caused by the client may lead to postponed timelines and could
result in extra charges.
Refund Policy
Unless required by law or at our sole discretion, refunds or credits are not provided.
Error Handling and Rework
Identified programming errors (bugs) during or immediately after development will be corrected
at no extra charge. However, any rework on tasks that have already been completed or
modifications to the approved layout will incur additional fees.
Post Go-Live Changes
Modifications requested during the project or after Go-Live approval will be billed as extra work.
Quikr AI is not responsible for disruptions resulting from alterations to the approved project
scope.
Content and Material Delivery
All website content and relevant materials must be provided within the first week of the project.
Any unexpected delays in supplying this content may extend the project timeline and result in
extra charges if the delay exceeds a reasonable period.
Browser and Device Testing
We test websites on Mobile & PCs using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox,
Chrome, and Safari. If you require testing on additional browsers or devices (other than iPhones
and iPads, which are used for responsive testing), please notify us in advance.
Hosting and Network Issues
If your website is not hosted on a Synapse server, any extra hours required to resolve
network-related issues are not included in the initial quote and will be charged separately.
Project Hold Policy
Should a project be stalled for more than 2 months, an administrative fee of $99.00 Per Week
will be applied, and previously approved estimates may be subject to revision. A formal
notification is required to place a project on hold. Although placing a project on hold does not
attract extra charges, account details must be updated beforehand, and a detailed discussion
may be necessary.
Intellectual Property and Code Ownership
Quikr AI’s software codes (excluding open-source components) are protected by copyright.
Once all outstanding invoices are settled, the code may be transferred to you for an additional
fee. This code is customized for your use and must not be resold or duplicated. While Quikr AI
retains the copyright to all code, we grant you an exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
custom software as part of your hosting package. No third-party access to the source code is
permitted.
Performance and Third-Party Components
Our websites and applications are built using commercial-grade internet standards and are
tested on our servers or domains. Performance may be affected if deployed on networks that do
not meet these standards. While we assess the suitability of any third-party components,
unforeseen limitations beyond our control may arise. Our estimates do not include expenses for
SSL certificates, payment gateways, Google AdWords, plug-in licenses, or similar items. Quikr
AI is not liable for issues related to open-source platforms (such as WordPress, Joomla, etc.),
and it is the client’s responsibility to keep these components updated. Regular maintenance is
advised to avoid disruptions.
Third-Party Partnerships and Delays
We offer service packages in collaboration with third-party vendors. Any changes in the policies
or practices of these vendors may affect our services. While we strive to adhere to the proposed
schedule, occasional delays may occur. Provided we make every reasonable effort to stay on
track, unintentional delays will not incur penalties.
Domain and Hosting Charges
Costs for domain registration, renewals, and similar services are not included in our standard
proposals unless explicitly stated. If these services are required, a separate estimate will be
provided for your approval. Similarly, hosting fees are not included in the initial quote. Should
you need hosting services, we can arrange a suitable solution and provide a separate quote. If
you opt to manage your own hosting, please consult with us beforehand to ensure the platform
meets our development specifications. Full server access and hosting support are required for
testing and configuring your application, and Quikr AI is not responsible for issues arising from
the hosting provider.
Testing and Server Access
Our websites are typically tested on servers managed by Quikr AI. Direct access for third parties
to our test servers is not permitted. The website will only be transferred to a designated
third-party server after full payment of all invoices.
License to Use Published Materials
Upon settling all outstanding invoices, you will receive an unconditional license to use,
reproduce, modify, or display the visual designs, text, and images used in the published website
and its associated functionalities. This license does not extend to the underlying intellectual
property involved in website development (such as source code, database structures, scripts,
forms, or other functionalities).
Communication
All official communications will be conducted via email. Please ensure that your contact details
are current to avoid any disruption in correspondence.
Marketing Deliverables Guarantee
Clients committing to a six-month contract with Quikr AI are assured of achieving the marketing
deliverables specified in the agreement. Should Quikr AI fail to deliver the agreed-upon
marketing deliverables, a refund of 50% of the total contractual fee will be issued. This
guarantee is subject to the detailed performance metrics and conditions outlined in the contract.
Contract Termination and Early Termination Fee
Clients entering into a contractual agreement with Quikr AI are committed to fulfilling the agreed
terms. Early termination of the contract is not permitted without penalty, and should a client
decide to terminate the agreement prematurely, an early termination fee of $1,000.00 will be
applied.
Refund Policy for Month-to-Month Clients
No refunds are offered for development or marketing projects on a month-to-month basis.

regarding refunds.
